摘　　要：研究具有混合边界条件和一般形式转移条件的高阶微分算子问题,在新的Hilbert空间中定义与转移条件中连接特性相关的最大算子和最小算子,建立了具有转移条件和混合边界条件的高阶微分算子自共轭的解析判别准则.In this paper the self-adjointness of a class of high-order differential operators with trans- mission conditions and coupled boundary conditions are discussed. By constructing a new Hilbert space associated with the problem, defining maximal and minimal operators related to transmission conditions are given. On the basis of conjugation given above, the necessary and sufficient conditions of self-conjugate of this two operators are given.
