摘 要:目的:探讨LASIK术前屈光不正患者眼压(intraocular pressure,IOP)、中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness,CCT)、屈光度和角膜曲率之间的关系。方法:屈光不正患者220例440眼,用非接触式眼压计测量患者的眼压、超声角膜测厚仪测量患者中央角膜厚度、电脑验光仪测量等效球镜度数和曲率,两两比较各测量项目之间的相互关系,并进行统计学处理。结果:各组屈光不正患者眼压与中央角膜厚度之间呈正相关关系(r=0.568,0.534,0.413,0.412;P<0.001)。屈光不正患者屈光度与中央角膜厚度、曲率、眼压之间相关性无统计学意义(r=-0.078,0.068,-0.077;P=0.052,0.073,0.058)。屈光不正患者曲率与眼压、中央角膜厚度之间比较差异无统计学意义(r=0.004,-0.058;P=0.917,0.157)。结论:屈光不正患者眼压与中央角膜厚度之间呈正相关,随着角膜厚度的增加眼压升高。AIM :To explore the relationship of intraocular pressure (lOP), central corneal thickness (CCT), refraction dioptres and corneal curvature before LASlK. METHODS: Totally 220 cases (440 eyes) with refractive errors were enrolled and the data were measured by noncontact tonometer, ultrasound pachymetry and computer refractor. Various measurements were compared and analyzed statistically. RESULTS: There was a positive correlation between lOP and CCT in patients with refractive errors( r= 0. 568, 0. 534, 0.413, 0.412;P〈0. 001 ). There was no statistically significant correlation between refraction dioptres and CCT, lOP, corneal curvature in refractive errors( r=-0. 078, 0.068,-0.077; P=0.052, 0.073, 0.058). There was no statistically significant correlation between corneal curvature, lOP and CCT in refractive error(r=0.004,-0.058; P= 0.917, 0.157). CONCLUSION: There is a positive correlation between lOP and CCT in patients with refractive errors.
