合作教育模式下学生顶岗实习考核及激励研究

摘　　要：合作教育模式下,顶岗实习的工作过程要以企业为主导,学生在企业技术人员的指导下,在固定的工作岗位上完成相应的工作任务。顶岗实习中,将实习成绩考核划分为企业考核和学校考核,并分配考核成绩比例;结合工程测量技术专业实习特点,建立了考核激励机制,并在合作教育基地进行了实施。这对于提高学生的实践动手能力具有重要激励作用。With the mode of cooperating education, the working process of Dinggang internship should be oriented by enterprises. Students can complete the corresponding work task in the fixed working post under the guidance of enterprises＇ technical staff. In Dinggang internship, internship grades check can be divided into enterprise check and college check, assigned the proportion of check grades： Combined with the internship characteristics in the major of engineering measure technology, it establishes check stimulating mechanism, and makes implementation on cooperating educational base, which has the important role of stimulating the improvement of students＇ practical operation ability.
