构建“转型之桥” 推动广播电视大学发展——兼谈电大发展中相关问题的破解

摘　　要：针对如何推进我国广播电视大学转型发展这一重大战略问题,提出了要夯实教学建设、教学改革、学术研究和社会支持等"四根支柱"以搭建一个稳固、和谐、可持续发展的"转型之桥"的思路,并基于目前发展中所面临的现实难题,阐释了在信息化建设、资源建设、质量意识、教学效果、学习支持、师资建设、内涵建设、专业和课程设置、学术研究、社会支持等十个方面的创新性的方案措施,以期打造一条广播电视大学转型发展的有效路径。Based on how to advance the transition of radio and television university system, this paper proposes that we should reinforce the four pillars including teaching building, teaching reform, academic research and social support to build a stable, harmonious and sustainable development transition bridge of R＆TV University. According to some difficult problems in reality, this paper presents that we should innovate the ideas of solution on ten facts, such as information technology platform, resource construction, quality consciousness, teaching effectiveness, learning support, teacher construction, connotation construction, curriculum construction and social support to make the effective transition path of development of R＆TV University system.
