摘 要:提出了油罐腐蚀因素的综合研究方法,研究了钢制油罐主要腐蚀因素。首先根据腐蚀特征,找出钢制油罐的5个特征腐蚀部位;其次根据文献,深入讨论影响其腐蚀的大气、土壤、存储介质和随机因素,得到56个具体腐蚀因素;然后针对油罐底板上表面,考虑腐蚀机理和腐蚀因素参与腐蚀程度,分别构建层次模型和网络模型;最后对影响油罐底板上表面的11个因素进行综合排序。研究结果表明,综合研究方法具有合理性。For the purpose of understanding, grasping and applying the knowledge of corrosive factors to prevent steel oil tank from being corroded, a comprehensive research method on steel oil tank' s corrosive factors is put forward, and the main corrosive factors are deeply studied. First, a steel oil tank is divided into five characteristic parts according to corrosives characters. Second, 56 corrosive factors, including atmosphere, soil, medium and random factors, are put forward according to references. Afterward, es- pecially aiming at the corrosion condition of oil tank' s plate surface, the hierarchical model and the network model are constructed respectively, according to corrosive mechanism and participant degree. At last, 11 corrosive factors that affect the oil tank' s plate surface are ordered. The result suggests that the comprehensive study method is reasonable.
