摘　　要：英语句子重音是指突出重要信息的词项或音节要重读。但重音渗漏是一个普遍存在的现象。新信息优先重读原则及语用原则可以从动态角度解释重音指派和重音渗漏,使交际顺利进行。English sentence stress refers to words and syllables containing important information that need to be stressed in an English sentence. Stress leakage is a common phenomenon. New information enjoys priority in stressing and pragmatic principle could, in a dynamic manner, explain stress allocation and stress leakage and help with smooth communications.
