摘 要:目的探讨以Calgary-Cambridge指南为理论框架的护患沟通技能培训对提高临床护士沟通能力的效果。方法选取70名低年资护士,按照随机数字表分为试验组和对照组。试验组参与护患沟通技能培训,对照组同期提供教学资料,但不参与培训。培训结束后采用护患沟通能力测评表、改编版Calgary-Cambridge观察指南量表进行评价。结果培训后,试验组护士沟通能力总分、护患会谈技能总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以Calgary-Cambridge指南为理论框架的护患沟通技能培训,提高了护士护患沟通能力和护患会谈技能,具有可行性。Objective To evaluate the effects of the nurse-patient communication skills training based on Calgary-Cambridge Guide for junior nurses. Methods Seventy junior nurses were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The nurses in the experimental group attended nurse-patient communication skills training,while those in the control group only received the learning materials. The Ability of Nurse-patient Communication Inventory,Adapted version of Calgary-Cambridge Observation Guides Questionnaire were administered before and after the training. Results After the training,the nurses' com- munication ability,interviewing skills in the experimental group were all significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The nurse-patient communication skills training based on Calgary-Cambridge Guide can improve nurses' commu- nication ability and interviewing skills.
