摘　　要：为进一步推进高校经济管理实践教学建设与发展,真正实现高校经济管理实践教学建设与发展预期目标,应当深刻剖析与理性借鉴国外高校经济管理实践教学在指导思想、教学目标、教学内容、教学形式、教学环境、教学队伍、教学管理等方面的经验。In order to promote further the construction and development of the practice teaching of economics and management in colleges and universities and achieve successfully the expected target of the construction and development of the practice teaching of economics and management in colleges and universities,analysing deeply and using rationally the experience of the aspects involving guiding ideas,teaching aim,teaching contents,teaching form,teaching environment,teaching staff,teaching management of the practice teaching of economics and management in foreign colleges and universities should be done.
