摘　　要：构建人才培养立交桥是建设学习型社会和践行终身教育理念的必然要求,也是自学考试发展的重要任务。本文以浙江省实践情况为例,提出构建"高等教育自学考试人才培养立交桥"的创新思路,探索自学考试与相关教育背景纵向衔接与横向沟通关系,并提出人才培养质量保障机制的构建思路。The construction of talent cultivation overpass is the inevitable requirement for constructing of a learning society and carrying out the concept of lifelong education. It＇ s the important task of self-taught examination development. The article taking the practice in Zhejiang Province as an example, proposed the construction for higher education talent cultivation overpass by the innovational concept. The article also explored the background of longitudinal connection and lateral communication between the self-taught examination and relevant education, and put forward the concept on guarantee mechanism of talent cultivation quality.
