摘　　要：随着市场经济的发展,秘书专业教学从传统的培养党政机关这一特殊部门的秘书转向适应以市场为主导的职业型秘书。高校作为为社会输送秘书人才的主要部门,应该顺应秘书专业的新要求,积极改革秘书专业教学教法来满足社会需求。本文主要在分析高校秘书专业教学现状的基础上探讨了秘书专业教学教法。With the development of market economy, the Secretary of the professional instruction from the secretary of the department of the traditional culture of the party and government organs to adapt to market-oriented vocational secretary. Colleges and universities as the main sectors of the Secretary of talent for the society, should follow the new requirements of the Secretary of the professional, positive reform of the Secretary of the professional teaching teachings to meet the needs of the community. This article discussed mainly the secretary professional teaching methods on the basis of the college secretary professional teaching status quo.
