摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,当前新的教育形势以及国家对发展高等教育的重视,给高校教育管理带来了更高的挑战。加之高校教育管理中还存在着一定的问题和困难,这就要求高校针对新时期的社会发展趋势来调整教育管理的发展对策,以便更好的适应社会发展的需要。并且通过对教育管理的调整,来为社会培养更多的先进性人才。With the continuous development of the society, the new situation and the focus on the development of hig- her education, takes a greater challenge to the higher education management. Combined that there are certain problems and difficulties in the management of higher education, which requires colleges and universities to adjust the trend of social development for the new era education and management development strategy, in order to better adapt to the ne- eds of social development. And by adjustment of the education management to more advanced nature of personnel tra- ining for the community.
