摘　　要：高校兼职班主任,既是任课老师,又是学生集体的管理者和教育者,作为高校兼职班主任,应该抓好入学教育、班风建设、就业指导等三方面工作,引导大学生成才。A part-time class-monitors in colleges or universities is both Professional class teacher and manager and educator of the student collective. It is important and essential for class supervisor in university to do well in entrance education, construct harmonious class and guidance to take up an occupation.
