一种快速提取弹底底火部分图像方法

摘　　要：枪弹弹底底火部分检测是枪弹质量控制的核心,为了快速准确地分割枪弹弹底底火部分图像,提出一种新的分割方法。该方法针对弹底检测要求及弹底图像为同心圆环的基本特征,首先对弹底图像运用Canny算子边缘检测到的二值图像进行区域填充,再进行边缘检测得弹底边缘轮廓,然后利用直径过圆心原理确定弹底圆心,利用底火圆对应的半径对弹底灰度图像赋值提取底火部分图像。实验表明,此方法能够快速准确地提取弹底底火部分图像。The checking of bullet＇s primer is the most important step in controlling the quality of bullet products.In order to extract the image of bullet＇s primer accurately and quickly,a new method of image segmentation is proposed.According to the checking requirement and the concentric circle property of cartridge＇s bottom,firstly,apply Canny operator to detect the edge of cartridge＇s bottom,after filling the region of binary image,use Canny operator again to extract the edge of cartridge＇s bottom.Secondly,make sure the centre of cartridge＇s bottom based on the principle of any circle diameter getting across center.Finally,according to the diameter relationship between the cartridge＇s bottom and primer circle,evaluate the gray image of cartridge＇s bottom to extract the partial image of primer.The experiment shows the method can extract the image of bullet＇s primer quickly and effectively.
