综合医院口腔专科夜间急诊1206例临床分析与对策

摘　　要：目的:通过分析口腔专科夜间急诊病例的年龄、性别、就诊时间及病种,分析综合医院口腔科夜间急诊发病规律及特点。方法:收集我院2008.08-2011.07间,急诊病例1206例。按年龄分四个组,对各组就诊患者性别、就诊月份、病种进行统计,结果采用方差分析。结果:1、口腔专科夜间急诊病例的性别比例男:女为1.32:1;2、各年龄组就诊最高月份为7月,最低月份为2、3月;3、口腔专科夜间急诊就诊率高的病种分别为:颌面部外伤(38.64%),牙髓炎(13.76%),冠周炎(13.18%)和根尖周炎(8.96%)。结论:针对综合医院口腔急诊患者的发病规律和特点,加强口腔急诊医疗救治的管理,提高口腔专科医师的临床急救技能,强化老年患者口腔疾病与全身健康关系的意识,熟悉和掌握临床急救知识,对提升口腔专科急诊医疗质量具有重要意义。Objective： To analyze the emergency occurrence and characteristics of oral disease cases in emergency department of Stomatology, through analyzing the age, sex, visiting time, cause of disease. Methods： 1206 emergency cases were collected in 306 hospital of PLA from 2008.08 to 2011.07. All patients were divided into four groups according to age, and sex, visiting time and causes of diseases of patients in each group were analyzed. Variance analysis was performed. Results： The sex ratio （male ： female） of oral emergency cases was 1.32：1. Month with the highest visiting in each age group was July, while the ones with the lowest visiting were February and March. The most common causes of oral emergency were oral and maxillofacial injury （38.64%）, pulpitis （13.76%）, pericoronitis （13.18） and periapical inflammation （8.96%）. Conclusion： According to the emergency occurrence and characteristics of oral disease cases in emergency department of Stomatology, strengthening the management of oral emergency medical treatment, improving clinical aid skills of oral specialists, increasing the awareness of the relationship between oral diseases and systemic health for elder patients, and possessing good knowledge of clinical aid are of great significance to enhance the quality of oral emergency medical treatment.
