摘  要:利用高效液相色谱法测定果蔬汁饮料中番茄红素的方法。以丙酮为溶剂,超声提取饮料中的番茄红素,采用Ultimate-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙酸乙酯-乙腈为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长475nm,采用外标校准曲线法进行定量。番茄红素在1.0×10^(-2)—3.9×10^(-5)g/L的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),检出限为6.3×10^(-6)g/L。该法具有分析速度快、灵敏度高、线性范围宽和重现性好的优点。Lycopene in fruit and vegetable juice drink was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Lycopene was extracted from drink by ultrasound extraction with acetone as solvent,and was separated by Ultimate-Cig column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)with acetonitrile-ethyl acetate as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 475nm, and external standard calibration curve method was adopted to quantitate.There was the good linear relationship for lycopene in the range of 1.0×10-2-3.9×10-5g/L with correlation coefficient of 0.9999,and the detection limit was 6.3×10-6g/L.The method has fast analysis speed,high sensitivity,wide linear range and good repeatability.
