城轨实训基地内涵建设与企业文化的对接

摘　　要：城轨实训基地是与城轨企业实际工作情境结合最为紧密的实践教学场所。在实训基地建设时,不仅要有运营生产所需的硬件设施和设备,而且还要营造高度仿真的职场环境氛围。因此,将城轨实训基地的内涵建设与企业的文化高度对接,才能使"校企合作"真正达到深度融合。文章从城轨实训基地的内涵建设与城轨企业文化的联系出发,论述了观念文化、制度文化、物质文化在与城轨实训基地内涵建设中的表现形式,提出了其对接的方式。Urban rail training base is the practice teaching site which is combined with the actual work situation of the urban rail companies. In construction of training base, it not only has hardware facilities and equipment needed for operation and production, but also should create workplace atmosphere with a high degree of simulation. Therefore, the docking between the connotation construction of urban rail training base with the corporate culture can make school-enterprise cooperation achieve the deep integration truly. From the contact of connotation construction of urban rail training base and corporate culture, the manifestations of the concept of culture, institutional culture, material culture in the connotation construction of urban rail training base are discussed and the ways of its docking are proposed.
