摘　　要：在建立科技型人才聚集效应与区域创新能力指标体系的基础上,以全国31个省市为样本,运用因子分析法对科技型人才聚集效应与区域创新能力进行了评估,采用因子分析定权法对二者进行了测度,利用SPSS软件对区域创新能力与科技型人才聚集效应及其八大特征进行了相关性分析。得出:科技型人才聚集效应与区域创新能力具有强相关性;科技型人才聚集效应八大特征对其影响程度不同。对激发科技型人才的创新力与提高区域创新能力具有现实意义。Based on the index system of technological talent agglomeration effect and regional innovation capability, tak- ing 31 provinces and cities in China as sample. The paper evaluated the technological talent agglomeration effect and re- gional innovation capability by factor analysis. Furthermore, it estimated them by factor analysis rating method. Finally, the paper analyzed the correlation relationship between regional innovation capability, technological talent agglomeration effect and the eight features of technological talent agglomeration effect by SPSS. The results were that they had a strong correlation, and the eight features of technological talent agglomeration effect had different influences on regional innovation capability. This offered realistic meaning in stimulating innovation of technologieal talent and promoting regional innovation capability.
