摘 要:运用分层整群抽样的方法对重庆市7所初中就初中生的体育锻炼情况进行了调查分析。结果显示,初中生整体处于锻炼行为的较低阶段,不足25%的学生进行有规律地锻炼;制约初中生进行锻炼的最重要的原因是学习或作业压力,其次是缺少场地或器材;不同性别、年级及区域学生间的锻炼阶段、锻炼水平及制约因素也存在差异;男生比女生、低年级学生比高年级学生参与更多的锻炼;主城区和乡镇学校学生比区县学校学生锻炼更多,但乡镇学校学生的锻炼行为受到场地及设施制约的程度明显高于其他两类学校。This paper investigated students ’ physical exercise status in seven middle schools in Chongqing with the method of questionnaire survey.The results showed that most junior high school students are in the lower stages of exercise behavior,only less than a quarter of the students exercise regularly.The pressure from academic study or homework is the most important factor that constrains students from exercising,followed by the lack of playground or equipment.There are also differences in exercise stage,exercise level and constraints between gender,grade and region.Male students and lowgrade students participate in more exercise than female and high-grade students.Students from urban and rural schools participate in more exercise than students from the township school while students ’ exercise behavior from rural school constrained by the venues and facilities significantly higher than other types of schools.
