摘 要:利用有限元方法将Moldflow软件分析的注射成型结果导入到ANSYS软件进行塑件变形分析,发现随熔料温度和模具温度的升高,塑件的最大变形位移增大,抵抗变形的能力减弱;而随保压时间和注射速率的增加,塑件的最大变形位移减小,抵抗变形的能力增强,结果表明:各工艺参数对塑件变形的影响大小依次是熔料温度、保压压力、注射速率及模具温度。Analysis on the deformation of plastic glare shield was made by using Moldflow and ANSYS software and based on finite element method. It was found that the maximum deformation displacement of the shield increases and the ability of anti-deformation is reduced with the increase of melt temperature and mould temperature; however, the maximum deformation displacement decreases and the ability of anti-deformation is enhanced with the increase of pressure holding time and injection rate. The results show that the effects of different molding process parameters on the shield deformation are in the order from big to small: melt temperature. Dressure holding time. iniection rate and mould temperature.
