摘 要:师资是新办本科翻译专业教学成功的关键,教师发展是未来翻译专业良性发展和翻译人才培养的重要保证。以本科翻译专业教师为研究对象,以翻译教师应具备的素质和教师发展相关理论为依据,剖析了目前翻译教学和师资的现状和问题,探讨了翻译专业师资建设和发展的路径,提出了相应的建议和对策,旨在为本科院校目前翻译专业师资队伍建设和发展提供思路和参考。The development of translation-specialized teachers is the key factor 1:o the success of translation teaching as well as a significant guarantee for the future development of this newly established major and the translation talents cultivation. This paper starts with a discussion on the qualities that a teacher of translation should process together with the relative theories on teacher development, based on which, it analyzes the current major problems concerning the teacher development. Finally approaches are offered and solutions are suggested accordingly in order to contribute to the future development of teachers of translation.
