摘　　要：新时期高校思想政治工作的环境和条件发生了变化,所以必须与时俱进,探索新的工作模式。文章提出了"123"思想政治工作的新模式,即一个核心目标是将社会主义核心价值体系融入到高校思想政治教育中;两个工作阵地是校园和宿舍;三个相结合是把思想政治工作和促进学风建设、健全基层党组织活动、服务大学生相结合。The environment and conditions of the ideological and political work have changed a lot. Therefore, anew model of ideological and political education must be explored to keep pace with the time. In this paper, ＂123＂ innovative ideological and political work mode is proposed. A core objective is to integrate the social core value system into the ideological and political education;two working positions are on campus and in dormitories ; three combinations are the combination of ideological and political work with the promotion of learning, with the improvement of grass-root party organizations and with the service to teachers and students.
