摘　　要：多样化的客户偏好和不确定的市场需求,要求供应链企业在知识经济的大潮中,不仅要重视知识管理在日常工作中产生的积极影响,也要提高对柔性管理重要性的认识。核心企业在逐渐完善知识管理系统的基础上,鼓励员工进行知识创新,应用科学手段对外部环境合理预测,进行计划决策的准确制定,快速响应供应链所面临的市场考验。Faced with diversified customs＇ preference and the uncertain market demand, the supply chain enterprises have to attach importance to the positive effect on the daily work of knowledge management and value the significance of flexible management in the tide of knowledge economy. Besides, they should encourage their staff to make knowledge innovation, use scientific ways to make a reasonable prediction to the external environment and then draw up exact plans and decisions to response market challenges supply chain faced with quickly which based on the gradually improved knowledge management system.
