186名急诊护士心肺复苏技能掌握情况分析及对策

摘　　要：目的了解急诊护士心肺复苏技能掌握情况,分析不规范操作的相关因素,为制定急诊科护士的管理培训措施提供依据。方法按统一标准对186名急诊护理人员进行考核,考核内容包括复苏体位、开放气道、简易呼吸器连接、简易呼吸器气囊挤压、EC固定手法、按压定位、按压移位、按压放松比例、按压时间、按压有效率共10个方面。结果急诊护士CPR技能整体掌握情况良好;不同职称护士开放气道有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同急诊工作年限护士在开放气道有效率、按压放松比例适当率、5组全部有效按压率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊护士CPR技能掌握情况总体良好,但不同职称和急诊工作年限仍是影响其CPR技能掌握情况的重要因素。护理管理者应注重急诊科护理人员的优化配置,针对不同的急诊科护理人员做CPR专项培训,提高急诊护理人员CPR急救技能,提升医院的急救水平。Objective To explore the status of cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） skills among emergency nurses,and to analyze its related factors in the operation,to provide evidence for management and training of emergency nurses.Methods A total of 186 emergency nurses were tested with unified criterion.The testing included recovery position,opening airway,the connection of simple respirator,extrusion of simple respirator gasbag,fixed skill of EC,press location,press displacement,press and relaxing ratio,press time,and efficient rate of press.Results Emergency nurses,in general,mastered CPR skills well.There was significant difference in the aspect of accuracy of opening airway among nurses with different professional titles（P〈0.05）,and there were significant differences in aspects of accuracy of opening airway,press and relaxing ratio and average efficient rate of press among nurses with different working experience（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Emergency nurses,in general,master CPR skills well and different professional title and emergency work experience are influencing factors.Nursing administrators should pay more attention to the allocation of emergency nurses and provide special training for emergency nurses so as to promote the competence of CPR.
