摘  要:目的研究女护生性别角色与共情能力的关系。方法用中国大学生性别角色量表和中文版人际反应指针问卷,对110名女护生进行调查,采用卡方检验和多变量分析法进行数据分析。结果4种性别角色类型中,双性化型女护生的观点采择得分高于男性化型(P=0.001)和未分化型(P=0.000),各型属高情绪分享高认知调节型共情的女护生比例依次为双性化型8.2%,男性化型5.5%,女性化型7.3%和未分化型2.7%。结论双性化女护生的共情认知调节能力强于男性化和未分化型女护生。4种性别角色类型均有部分女护生能够提供有效的助人行为。Objective To study the relationship between sex role and empathy among female nursing students.Methods A total of 110 female nursing students were surveyed with Sex Role Inventory for Chinese College Students(CSRI)and Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C(IRI-C).The data collected were analyzed by chi square test and multivariate analysis.Results Of the total,nursing students with androgynous trait had higher scores on perspective taking than those with masculine(P=0.001) and with undifferentiated(P=0.000) did.In each type,there were some students whose emotional and cognitive empathy ability were both high.Conclusion In each sex role type,there are some nursing students who can conduct effective helping behavior,and androgynous nursing students incline to empathy with higher cognition than masculine and undifferentiated nursing students.
