关于我国开放大学建设的几点思考

摘　　要：开放大学是在推进终身教育、建设学习型社会背景下诞生的一种全新的教育组织形态。建设开放大学,需要充分认识到开放大学建设的必要性,把握好开放大学的特征和职能,协调好开放大学与其他群体的关系。而加快开放大学的建设和发展,政府则必须加强对其进行引导,对我国的开放大学主体广播电视大学进行深化改革,加强自身建设。Open university have benn emerged in the context of a learning society. It is a new form of educational organization. promoting a lifelong education and building To build open university, we need to fully recognize the necessity of the construction of the open university, grasp the properties and functions of the open university well, and coordinate the relationships between open university and other groups. To speed up the construction of open university, the government must strengthen its guidance on the construction, and China radio and TV university must deepen its reform and strengthen self-construction.
