摘　　要：通过对国内外当代教育思想和学校体育教育观念的相关研究进行分析,深入研究教育的本质和现代体育价值等因素对学校体育观念的影响。结合现代社会对"全人"教育的发展要求,提出学校体育的"成长教育观"。从多方面论证了学校体育"成长教育观"的建立,对我国学校体育的改革与发展具有更全面、更积极的意义,探索性地提出实现学校体育"成长教育观"的途径。The author explored the effects that the nature of education and the value of modern sportsmanship brought through analyzing ideas of school physical education both domestically and abroad. Concerning with the social demands of the ＂complete person＂, the author proposed the idea of growth education in school physical education, argued the influence on the reform and development of the school physical education in China and constructively advised an approach to achieve the idea.
