摘 要:【目的】为深入了解费约果叶片在不同生长阶段的抗氧化特性,指导提取活性成分的最佳时期,【方法】以费约果叶片为材料,采用甲醇超声波辅助法对其嫩叶和成熟叶片类黄酮和多酚进行提取,并采用铁还原抗氧化力、过氧化氢清除能力以及自由基(O2-和DDPH.)清除能力等方法进行了抗氧化活性测定。【结果】结果显示,费约果成熟叶片中的类黄酮含量显著高于嫩叶,唯一的含量最高,为62.92μg.g-1。成熟叶中的多酚含量、铁还原抗氧化力、过氧化氢清除能力以及自由基(O2-和DDPH.)清除能力均低于嫩叶。【结论】研究结果说明,费约果成熟叶片可作为提取类黄酮的有效资源,而提取多酚可从费约果嫩叶着手。[Objective] In order to find out the antioxidization characteristics of feijoa leaves at the different stages, flavonoids and total phenolics in the leaves of Feijoa (Feijoa sellowiana Berg.) were extracted by methanol assisted under the condition of ultrasonic wave. [Method] Antioxidization activities of the extracts from young and mature leaves were evaluated by ferric reducing-antioxidization power, H202-seavenging capacity, O2-seavenging capacity and DDPH.-seavenging capacity. [Result] The results showed that flavonoid contents in mature leaves were significantly higher than that in young leaves. The highest content of flavonoid was found in the mature leaves of Unique (62.92 p,g. g-l). And the total phenolic contents, ferric redueing-antioxidization power, H2O2-scavenging capacity, O2-seavenging capacity and DDPH.-scavenging capacity in the mature leaves were significantly lower than those in young leaves. [Conclusion] The data suggested that feijoa mature leaves can be as effective resources to extract flavonoids and young leaves can be used to extract total phenolics.
