摘　　要：介绍了炭烤香菇制品的加工技术,该工艺技术先进,工艺可靠,生产出来的产品味道鲜美,产品质量高。In this paper, the method to the processing technology of shiitake mushrooms roasted by charcoal is fixed. This processing technology is much more advanced and reliable. With this technology, we can get the delicious shiitake mushrooms and excellent quality.
