摘　　要：随着休闲产业的发展,我国对于休闲专业人才的需求量不断上升.但作为技能型人才培养的"主力军"——高职院校,其休闲专业人才培养与行业需求的拟合度还不是很高.专业认同感低、专业定位模糊、缺少职业上升通道、师资缺乏和教育设备落后是造成这种现象的主要原因.对此,应通过加强校企合作,加强行业需求分析,建立多维度教育体系和提高师资队伍的素质等途径来增加休闲专业人才培养与行业需求的拟合度.With the development of Chinese leisure industry, the demand for leisure professionals continues to rise. Although voeational colleges serve as the main training force of skilled personnel, their training of leisure majors cannot meet the needs of the industry. This paper argues that it is mainly due to the following causes： low professional identity, vague professional position, lack of career promotion channels and teaching staff, and backward educational facilities. In this regard, this paper maintains that we can improve the fitting degree be- tween the professional training of leisure major and the needs of leisure industry by strengthening college - enterprise cooperation, reinforcing the analysis of industry needs, establishing a multi - dimensional education system and improving the quality of teaching staff.
