摘  要:为探索有效培养高素质、高技能实用型医学检验技术人才的培养模式,本文通过分析工学结合教学的意义,并通过成立专业指导委员会、建立模拟临床检验室、改善实训课教学方法、医院或企业顶岗实习等方式在医学检验技术专业中尝试了的工学结合教学模式,并分析其教学成效,发现新教学模式促进了学生的主动学习,提高了学生综合职业能力和就业率,提高了用人单位的满意度。此外,本文还探讨了采用工学结合教学模式需注意的问题并强调工学结合教学的主体是学生,工学结合课程的设计需缜密,其考核评价宜采用全面发展性的学生评价。In order to explore the effective training of best practical medical inspection technical personnel training mode,this essay analyzed the significance of combination of working and learning teaching,and tried work-study combination teaching mode in the medical laboratory technology professional by establishing professional guidance committee,establishing simulated clinical laboratory,improvement of practical teaching method,hospital or corporate internships.The analysis of teaching effect indicated that the new teaching mode had promoted students' active learning,improved students' comprehensive occupation ability and employment rate,and enhanced the employers' satisfaction.In addition,the essay also discussed the problems of combining teaching mode,emphasizing the combination of working and learning's main body of students,careful design of working and learning curriculum,and comprehensive development of students' evaluation.
