摘　　要：随着近些年来我国高等教育的不断发展,大学生人数迅速上升,学生管理模式成为社会和高校关注的问题。基于对学长制学生管理模式实践情况的成效分析,进行了总结反思,提出了高校实行学长制的指导思想、原则、模式以及需要积极应对的各项问题。With the continuous development of the higher education in China, and the rising number of college student in recent years, the society and universities begin to pay more attention to the pattern of students＂ management. According to the analysis of the result of the practice of the Student Mentoring Scheme, the writers have concluded, reconsidered9 and then advanced the guiding thought, principles, pattern and some problems which need to be handled with the execution of the Student Mentoring Scheme in universities.
