摘  要:目的研究β-环糊精(β-CD)辅助提取沙棘总黄酮(TFH)的新工艺。方法以β-CD为辅助材料,提取沙棘中沙棘总黄酮,同时测定沙棘总黄酮的提取量、提取率以及浸膏中沙棘总黄酮含量等指标,并与传统醇提、水提工艺进行比较。结果β-CD辅助提取新工艺的沙棘总黄酮提取量、提取率以及浸膏中沙棘总黄酮含量等指标,与醇提工艺接近,但明显优于水提工艺(P<0.05)。结论β-CD辅助提取新工艺具有成本低、安全性高、无污染等特点,具有应用前景。Objective To study a new extraction process of total flavones from Hippophae (TFH) fructus with β- cyclodextrin (CD). Methods With β-CD as auxiliary material,TFH in Hippophae fructus was extracted. The total extraction amount and extraction rate of TFH as well as their percent content in the extract were simultaneously determined and compared with those from the traditional extraction processes such as the ethanol extraction and water extraction process. Results The total extraction amount and extraction rate of TFH as well as their percent content in the extract from the new extraction process was nearly close to those from the ethanol extraction process,but the new process was significantly better than the water extraction method (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The new extraction process wilh β- CD as auxiliary material is of low cost,high safety,pollution- free and might has the important application prospects.
