摘 要:对壳寡糖在杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)液体菌种制备及栽培生长方面的作用进行了研究。结果表明,0.001 0 mg/mL壳寡糖能明显缩短杏鲍菇液体菌种的萌发时间并促进其菌丝生长;栽培生产中,0.001 0mg/g壳寡糖能明显提高杏鲍菇菌丝纤维素酶活力,缩短了杏鲍菇的菌丝满瓶时间,而0.010 0 mg/g壳寡糖对杏鲍菇纤维素酶活力具有明显的抑制作用。由此可见,壳寡糖对杏鲍菇具有明显的生长调节作用。The effects of chito-oligosaccharide on Pleurotus eryngii production including preparation of liquid spawn and cul- tivation were studied. The result indicated that the liquid spawn germination time was significantly shortened by 0.001 0 mg/ mL chito-oligosaccharide; and the growth of mycelium was obviously promoted. In cultivation, the cellulase activity of P. eryngii was improved remarkably by low concentration (0.001 0 mg/g) of chito-oligosaccharide but inhabinated by high con- centration(0.010 0 mg/g). It showed that chito-oligosaccharide played an important growth regulator role on Po eryngii.
