摘 要:青年教师是我国大学发展的主力军。大学青年教师的职业道德素质是其专业素养的基础,30年来学者们对大学青年教师的职业道德内涵、职业道德内容体系、职业道德存在问题与原因以及培养策略进行了多方面的研究。研究中还存在着内容泛化,缺乏理论深度和创新性;理论研究多,实证研究少,缺乏信度;研究内容与领域比较狭窄,职业道德内容与职业道德培育策略混乱等问题。细化教师职业道德内容条目研究,建构教师职业道德理论体系,把理论研究与实证研究结合起来,充分借鉴国外先进经验,构建有针对性的职业道德培育策略是今后研究的重点方向。Young teachers are the main force of China's colleges and universities. Their ethical quality is the basis of their professionalism. In the past 30 years, many studies have been conducted concerning the connota- tion and the content system of young college teachers' professional ethics, problems in their professional ethics and the causes, as well as the strategies for training young teachers. However, there are some problems with these studies such as generalization of their content, lack of theoretical depth and innovation, low reliability caused by inadequacy in empirical study, narrow scope of the research content, limited research fields, and confusion in the research content and the strategies for cultivating professional ethics. Future research in this field should aim to specify the research content, establish a theoretical system for teachers' professional ethics, combine theoretical exploration and empirical study, and formulate pertinent strategies for cultivating profes- sional ethics by drawing on foreign advanced experience.
