摘　　要：上海物流行业正朝着全面信息化、国际化的供应链方向发展。高职院校应该顺应行业发展需求,根据企业实际岗位对物流人才的要求,对专业定位、人才培养模式、课程建设、师资队伍建设、校企合作等方面进行科学分析,有机整合。同时结合区域发展优势和本校现有资源,培养出具有一定特色专长,同时又能适应多样化市场需求的物流复合型技能人才。The industry of logistics in Shanghai is stepping towards to the comprehensive information and international. Polytechnic school in Shanghai shouht meet the requirements of logistics company, scientifically study the major orientation, mode of personnel training, eonstruction of curriculum, faculty team training and company-schnol cooperation, by combining the local advantages and own resources to bring up the skillful logistics talents who has special skills and adaptability to the various needs of market.
