摘　　要：文章根据线性变换的相似性与矩阵相似性之间的等价关系,利用一般算子和位移算子Sq是相似的这个特别的方法,推导出了线性代数中复矩阵的Jordan标准型的存在性,并推广到了任意域F上的矩阵的广义的Jordan标准型。According to the equivalence relation between the similarity of matrices arid the similarity of linear operators, the similarity between usual linear transformation and shift operator S; is utilized to prove the existence of the Jordan＇s normal form of a complex matrix in linear algebra, and the generalized Jordan＇s normal form of the matrix in an arbitrary field F is gotten.
