摘  要:以SnCl2.2H2O和HF作为原料通过溶胶-凝胶法制备氟(F)掺杂SnO2(FTO)纳米粉体。采用XRD、TEM、电阻测定和XPS对制得的FTO粉体的结构、粒径、导电性能和组成等进行表征。研究结果表明:在pH为9,600℃煅烧2h和F/Sn掺杂比为0.4的条件下,FTO纳米粉体粒径约为18~45nm,为不规则的球形结构,粉体压片后的薄层电阻为16.34Ω/□。Fluorine--doped tin dioxide (FTO) nanoparticles were successfully prepared by sol--gel technique using SnCl2 · 2H2O and HF as source material. The nanostructure, particle size, condutivity and composition of FTO were char- acterized by X--ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), resistence measurement and X--ray pho- toelectron spectroscopy(XPS), respectively. The optimum conditions of preparation were that the F/Sn ratio was equal to 0. 4 ,at pH 9 and calcining temperature of 600℃ for 2h,The diameters of FTO nanoparticles having irregular sphere varies from 18-45nrn. The room temperature sheet resistance of sample pellet was about 16.34Ω/□.
