9号染色体臂间倒位与生育异常的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨9号染色体臂间倒位与生育异常的关系。方法对来我院就诊的4 684例患者进行外周血淋巴细胞的培养,制备染色体,G显带核型分析。并对有生育异常的9号染色体臂间倒位患者进行回访及家系调查。结果共检出9号染色体臂间倒位核型34例。其中有5例9号臂间倒位患者同意配合家系调查。5例先证者的父母中均有一位是9号臂间倒位携带者,且其父母均能正常生育。结论 9号染色体臂间倒位对生育异常无直接关系。Objective Investigate the relationship of pericentric inversion 9 and abnormal fertility.Methods Peripheral blood lymphocytes culture,chromosome preparation,microscopy for the 4 684 cases of patients to our hospital.And give a return visit and family investigation for the reproductive abnormalities patients of pericentric inversion 9.Results It was found 34 cases about pericentric inversion 9.There are 5 cases agree with the family survey.And there are 5 cases agree with the family survey.There is one pericentric inversion 9 person in the parents of every proband.And all of their parents can normal fertility.Conclusion It is no direct relationship between pericentric inversion 9 and abnormal fertility.
