Mental health status and related factors in counselor trainees

摘　　要：目的:了解国内心理咨询师培训学员的心理健康状况及相关因素。方法:采取方便取样。选取北京地区3家心理咨询师培训机构的464名学员为研究组,另选取企事业单位员工207人为对照组。用工作相关的抑郁、焦虑与愤怒量表、倦怠量表(BM)、职业应激量表(OSS)和社会支持量表进行调查。结果:心理咨询师培训学员工作相关的抑郁和BM得分均高于对照组,而来自上司的社会支持得分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。倦怠在社会支持和职业应激与工作相关的负性情绪间的中介作用显著。结论:心理咨询师培训学员工作相关负性情绪体验程度较高。倦怠可能是社会支持、职业应激和工作相关负性情绪的中介因素。Objective： To explore the mental health status and related factors in the domestic counselor trai- nees. Methods： Total 464 students from three regions of Beijing counselors training institutions and 207 employees from other institutions and firms were selected as controls. They were investigated with a self-made questionnaire which composed of ＂Work-related Depression, Anxiety, and Irritation＂, ＂Burnout Measure＂ （BM）, ＂Occupational Stress Scale＂ （OSS）, and ＂Social Support＂. Results： The scores of burnout and work-related depression were high- er in the counselor trainees than in the control group [ （59. 1 _＋ 15.8） vs. （54. 7 ＋ 14. 8）, （ 10. 5 ＋ 2.7） vs. （9. 9 ＋ 2. 3）, Ps 〈 0.05]. The scores of social support from supervisor were lower in the counselor trainees than in the con- trol group [ （9. 9 e3. 3）vs. （10. 9 ＋2. 9）,P 〈0. 01]. Social support and occupational stress had a significant effect on word-related negative emotional experience through burnout. Conclusion： It suggests that the counselor trainees may have more work-related negative emotional experiences. Burnout may be a mediator among social support, oc- cupational stress and work-related negative emotional experience.
