探讨高校公共体育教师职业认同与专业发展的研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查等方法,来探讨高校公共体育教师的职业认同对专业发展态度和工作倦怠的预测情况,并探讨工作倦怠为中介变量对专业发展态度的预测情况。结果发现:较高的职业认同感能直接促进和影响专业发展态度的提升,而职业认同可以通过工作倦怠来中介影响专业发展态度,低工作倦怠能带来高的专业发展态度。Through questionnaires and other methods, the authors probed into the prediction of professional development and job buenout by career identity of college public sports teachers, and into the prediction of professional development by job buenout as intermediary variable, and revealed that higher career identity directly promote professional development, and career identity can affect professional development by job burnout as medium, and low job burnout can bring a high professional development.
