摘 要:目的:观察不同剂量的32P-玻璃微球组织内植入对S180荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:建立S180荷瘤小鼠动物模型,分别将剂量为37、55.5、74和92.5MBq的32P-玻璃微球组织内植入荷瘤小鼠进行放射治疗。结果:植入剂量≤55.5MBq的32P-玻璃微球组荷瘤小鼠的免疫学指标均高于植入剂量>55.5MBq的32P-玻璃微球组。结论:植入剂量≤55.5 MBq32P-GMS能在一定程度上刺激小鼠的免疫功能,增强抗肿瘤的细胞毒效应,而55.5MBq以上的32P-GMS则会抑制。Objective The aim of this study is to observe immune function of tumor cells in mice with the solid tumor S180 after interstial irradiation with 32P glass microspheres.Methods After the pattern of Sarcoma 180 solid tumor was established.The experimental groups were given different doses of 32P glass microspheres(37,55.5,74,92.5MBq) using interstitial implant to be treated.Results The immunological index of group following the dose of below 55.5MBq exceed the group following the dose of above 55.5 MBq.Conclusion The dose of 32P glass microspheres below 55.5MBq can excite the immunological function of tumor-bearing mice and enhance toxic effect of antitumor to some extent,but the dose of above 55.5MBq can inhibit it.
