摘  要:在计算流体动力学中,采用正交试验方法对液力变矩器的叶片参数进行优化。研究了优化变量的选择方法。根据一维设计理论并结合计算流场的分布特征,选取对变矩器性能影响显著的叶片参数作为优化变量。采用正交试验方法分别以起动变矩比、最高效率为单目标进行优化,得到最优目标值。在此基础上构建综合目标函数进行优化。对某变矩器优化后起动变矩比和最高效率分别提升了1.5%、7.3%,表明该方法效果较好,具有工程实用价值。To improve the performance of torque converter, some blade parameters were selected as variables and then optimized by orthogonal DOE (design of experiment) which based on the three dimensional flow simulation. The variables were selected through theory of hydrodynamic torque converter design and the analyzing of flow field in it. Firstly, optimal models respectively taking the stall torque ratio and top efficiency as target function were set up to get two optimal target values. Then, these two values were used to form a new function as target for next optimization. The result indicates that the stall torque ratio and top efficiency increase by 7.3% and 1.5% , respectively after the optimization proves the efficiency of this approach and its value to engineering.
