摘  要:职场如战场。在这个“战场”上游走必须遵循其特定的规则,这些显性的规则自然被人们广泛认可。但是,它们就是最有效的规则吗?未必!各种看不见的、没有明文规定的,但被人们广泛认同,并实实在在发挥作用甚至关键作用的潜规则无处不在,它们要发挥作用时,或许不需要明示,甚至不需要通过某种暗示,大家都心知肚明;它们恰如摆不上桌面的小菜,从不会大鸣大放地写在告示板上,却需要心明亮眼地默默参透。无论企业老板还是职业经理人,不同的职位都可能遭遇不同的潜规则。Workplace is just like battlefield. In this battlefield, certain rules must be obeyed and these obvious rulesare widely accepted. However, are these rules most efficient? The answer may not be yes. There are all kinds of under lying rules without written form that are gradually accepted and are playing important roles. There rules are everywhere, people know about them fully even without any hints. They are like the pickles that never appear on formal meals. And they are never written in big letters on board. They need to be chewed and digested silently. No matter businessmen or professional managers, different underlying rules will be facing on different posts.
