摘　　要：具有行业背景的地方院校面向行业企业发展需要,培养工程现场和生产一线的高素质应用型人才,是实现特色发展的根本落脚点。本文结合北京石油化工学院在推进产学合作教育中的一些探索和思考,系统介绍和分析了"校企协同,工学融合"人才培养模式改革的基本思路和具体做法,为同类型院校提供借鉴。To cultivate high-qualified applied talents of the project site and front-line manufacture is the essential way for realizing the characteristic development. Based on the exploration and reflection of Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology on carrying forward University-Industry collaboration education, this paper makes a systematic introduction and analysis of the basic thinking and concrete method for this mode, providing advices for the universities of the same kind.
