摘 要:目的考察苏合香不同提取方法的化学成分异同。方法应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,分析比较溶剂提取部位(石油醚和乙醚提取)、水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油、顶空固相微萃取挥发性成分的异同。结果苏合香溶剂提取鉴定出27个化合物(其中石油醚部位23个化合物、乙醚部位10个化合物),水蒸气蒸馏提取的挥发油鉴定出42个化合物,顶空固相微萃取鉴定出28个化合物。3种方法所得成分中皆含有α-蒎烯、莰烯、Bornyl Cinnamate 2和马苄烯酮等10种化学成分,溶剂提取与水蒸气蒸馏所得的成分中有14种相同成分,水蒸气蒸馏提取与顶空固相微萃取有24个相同成分。结论 3种提取方法中,水蒸气提取法所得成分最多,提示该法可作为获取苏合香挥发性成分的主要方法。Objective To identify the differences and similarities of chemical components obtained through different extraction methods about Styrax. Methods Applying the GC-MS technology,the author analyzed and compared the similarities and differences among solvent extraction(by petroleum ether and ethylether.),extraction of volatile oils through steam distillation and extraction of volatile components through HS-SPME. Results 27 compounds were identified through the extraction of the solvent of Styrax,including 23 compounds in the part of petroleum ether and 10 compounds in the part of ethylether.42 compounds were identified during the volatile oils extracted by steam distillation.28 compounds were identified through SPME.The components obtained through three methods all included 10 chemical constitutions such as α-pinene,Camphene,Bornyl Cinnamate 2 and(-)-Verbenone.14 components obtained through solvent extraction were the same as those obtained through steam distillation.24 components obtained through steam distillation extraction were the same as those obtained by SPME. Conclusion The steam distillation is the main method to study the volatile components of Styrax.
