摘  要:多年来,我国成人外语学习者的口语表达能力与书面语水平相比明显处于弱势地位,且这一现象有呈长期固化的趋势。因此,拟从中介语僵化的理论视角出发,通过一项实证研究推导出导致这一群体口语僵化的主要原因,并在此基础之上对我国成人外语教学策略提出了三点提议,以期在部分程度上攻克这一困扰我国成年外语学习者已久的瓶颈现象。Compared with their performance in written form, the Chinese foreign language learners have long been short on competence in speaking, a trend that is inclined towards fossilization. From the theoretical perspective of interlanguage, this paper, through an empirical study, analyzes the major reasons behind the oral fossilization phenomenon of this group, and on the basis of that, puts forward three pedagogical remedies for adult FL teaching in China, with an aim to partially alleviate this bottleneck that has been perennially plaguing the Chinese adult FL learners.
