摘　　要：管理的本质是应对管理过程的不确定性,不确定性的内在机制是信息相互作用。无论是科学技术研究评价还是管理实践研究评价,都可以在不同抽象层次上进行,抽象层次越低,评价自由度越多,评价效果就越难以把握。信息层次上的抽象是人类期待的最高层次上的抽象。势科学理论研究揭示了信息的本质意义,为在高度抽象的信息层次上进行中国管理实践研究及评价提供了科学化路径。由多元化对称性评价要素构成的具有数学群结构的评价模型,具有最大的评价信息量和评价信息势,为中国管理实践研究的有效评价提供了理论模型。The essence of management is coping with the management process uncertainty~ Uncer- tainty is the internal mechanism of information interaction mechanism. The research and review of both science and technology and management practice research can be at different abstract levels, and the lower the level is, the more freedom the evaluation has and more difficult it is to grasp the evalua- tion effect. Abstraction on level of information is expected as the highest level of abstraction~ howev- er, the question of what is the information seems to be the biggest challenge. Shi science reveals the nature of information and provides scientific path to Chinese management practice research and evalua- tion at the level of high abstract level of information. Diversified symmetry evaluation elements with mathematical of structure of the evaluation model has the biggest evaluation information and evalua- tion information Shi and provides the theoretical model for Chinese management practice and research.
