摘　　要：从社会网络视角提出一种基于正式结构与非正式网络的企业内部知识共享优化方法;从解构企业内部社会网络的角度出发,对承载企业内部知识共享的正式结构、非正式网络及其4个子结构(被忽视的正式结构、被利用的正式结构、被利用的非正式网络和潜在的非正式网络)进行分析;依据网络特征识别关键的知识代理人和任务导向的知识共享缺口,在此基础上对企业内部知识共享进行优化。Intra-firm knowledge sharing is a key to knowledge management and firm core compe- tence. Following a social network perspective, a knowledge sharing optimization approach based on formal structures and informal networks is presented. By deconstructing the intra-firm social network of a firm, formal structure, informal network and their four sub-structures-disregarded formal struc- tures, utilized formal structure, utilized informal networks and potential informal networks are ana- lyzed. According to the characteristics of these sub-structures, key knowledge agents and task-orien- ted knowledge sharing gaps are identified. At last, the corresponding knowledge sharing optimization strategies are discussed.
