合肥市小学体育师资的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查和理论分析等方法,指出了合肥市小学体育师资存在专业教师缺编较为严重、兼职教师岗前培训重视不够、研究生学历教师短缺、部分体育教师职业态度不尽理想等问题,从专业体育教师编制、兼职体育教师岗前培训、教师继续教育工作、师德师风教育和学校体育常规工作检查的基本环节,体育场地器材建设、体育教师工作待遇、尊师重教社会风气的工作环境,体育教师责任感和使命感、自我水平和能力的自我意识等视角,提出合肥市小学体育师资的发展对策。Based on documents,questionnaire investigations and mathematical statistics,the article shows the current situation of relatively bad shortages of PE teachers,people＇s inadequate attention to the teachers＇ preservice training,shortages of teachers with postgraduate degree,unideal professional attitudes of some P.E.teachers.The article offer some measures to train sports teachers of primary schools from the aspects of preservice training,further education,the ethics of teachers,the construction of sports equipments,working conditions and salaries,and P.E.teachers＇ sense of responsibility and mission,etc.
