摘　　要：为了更好地培养系统掌握微生物学的基本理论知识、基本实践技能的能源工程专业人才,提高学生应用微生物学理论和技术去解决能源科学领域中实际问题的积极性,针对农业建筑环境与能源工程专业的微生物学教学优化进行了探讨.紧密结合专业特点,选择合适的教材,调整教学内容,加强实践环节,取得了良好的教学效果.In order to better train the professionals mastering basic theory and practice skills of microbiology in energy engineering, to enhance the student initiative to solve the problems by microbiological theory and technology, the optimization of microbiology teaching of agricultural architectural environment and energy engineering major were discussed. Through combining with professional features, choosing the right materials, adjusting the teaching contents, and strengthening practice process, the good teaching effects have been achieved.
